Meyer Lemon & Thyme Pound Cake

A different flavor combination for a traditionally sweet bread, if you havn't tried it before, you should.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 c ap flour
1 1/2 c cake flour
1 t baking powder
1/4 t salt
1 c buttermilk
2 t meyer lemon juice
1 t vanilla
2 c soft butter
2 c sugar
1/4 c lemon zest
2 t thyme
4 eggs
Directions:
1. Oven 350*
2. Combine & sift flours, baking powder & salt
3. Combine lemon juice & vanilla
4. Beat butter - slowly add sugar, zest & thyme.
5. Faster, mix for 10 more min. or until very light & creamy.
6. Add eggs 1 at a time, slowly & alternately add flour & buttermilk.
7. Bake for 40 min, cover with foil & bake another 40 min.
8. Add Glaze:
9. 1/2 C Lemon Juice
10. 2 C Powder Sugar
11. 1/2 Vanilla Bean
