Black beans, avocados, cherry tomatoes, bell pepper, and red onions are tossed with shredded Mexican-style cheese in a cumin-scented vinaigrette dressing. Ingredients:
1/3 cup kraft zesty italian dressing |
1/2 tablespoon ground cumin |
1 (15 ounce) can black beans, rinsed |
2 avocados, chopped |
2 cups halved cherry tomatoes |
1 yellow pepper, chopped |
1/2 cup chopped red onions |
1/2 cup kraft mexican style finely shredded four cheese |
Directions:
1. Mix dressing and cumin. 2. Combine remaining ingredients in large bowl. Add dressing mixture; mix lightly. 3. Serve immediately. |
