Ingredients:
1 cup(s) butter |
5 tablespoon(s) powdered sugar |
1 teaspoon(s) vanilla |
2-1/4 cup(s) flour |
1 cup(s) finely chopped pecans |
Directions:
1. Cream butter well, add powdered sugar and beat until fluffy, add vanilla. Add flour a little at a time mixing well. Fold in pecans. Chill for 2 hours or overnight. Roll into balls. Bake at 350 for 12 minutes, just before they start to brown. Roll in additional powdered sugar. |
