Oh so easy to make and your guests will think you spent LOTS of time making this great salsa! Ingredients:

2 15 oz. cans black beans – drained and rinsed |
1 14 oz. can diced tomatoes with green chilis – drained |
1 11 oz. can niblets corn – drained |
1/2 c. chopped fresh cilantro |
1/4 c. chopped green onions |
2 t. red wine vinegar |
1 tsp. salt |
1 tsp. chopped garlic |
1/2 tsp. cumin |
tortilla chips |
Directions:
1. Directions: 2. In a bowl, toss beans, tomatoes, corn, cilantro, onions. Add wine vinegar, salt, garlic and cumin and mix well. Cover and refrigerate several hours or overnight to blend flavors. Serve with tortilla chips |
