Ingredients:
2 lbs ground turkey (99% fat free)
1 cup chunky salsa
1/4 cup egg beaters
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1 1/2 cups bread crumbs
Directions:

Combine all ingredients and bake. I formed into individual loaves/patties and baked at 350 for about an hour. About 3/4 of the way through I drained the grease.
