Mexican Style Salad

A crisp,fresh delicious salad. It will disappear at your next get together.
Ingredients:
2 16 oz. cans black beans,drained and rinsed
1-1/2 c fresh corn kernals or 10 oz pkg frozen corn,thawed
1 lg. red bell pepper,seeded and diced
1 c jicama,peeled and diced (if you can't find,tasty without it)
2 small fresh jalapeno peppers,seeded and minced
1/2 c firmly packed,chopped fresh cilantro
1/4 c lime juice(juice of 2 limes
2 tb vegetable oil
1-2 tsp salt
1/2 to 1 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp ground cumin
Directions:
1. In large bowl,combine all ingredients and mix well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight. Serve cold or at room temperature.
