I have not tried this recipe. I got this recipe from Ossg Recipes. Ingredients:
1 1/4 lbs boneless round steak |
2 tablespoons butter |
4 ounces can chopped green chilies, drained |
8 ounces jar taco sauce |
1/2 cup shredded monterey jack cheese |
Directions:
1. Trim excess fat from steak. Cut steak into 4 pieces, and pound to 1/4 inch. 2. thickness. 3. Brown steak in butter, and place in a lightly greased shallow 2 quart casserole. Top with chilies and taco sauce. 4. Cover and bake at 350 for 40 minutes. Sprinkle steak with cheese, and bake, uncovered, an additional 5 minutes. |
