So fast, it's crazy! Great for this time of year when we are all so busy. Ingredients:
2 large cans of chicken broth |
16 oz can of mild salsa |
1 can of black beans |
1 can mexicicorn |
1/4 cup orzo pasta or rice |
Directions:
1. Empty all ingredients into sauce pan. Bring to a boil. 2. Pour into bowls to serve. 3. Top with crushed tortilla chips and shredded cheese. |
