Ingredients:
1 lb bulk pork sausage |
1/4 cup chopped onion |
1 cup diced green pepper |
8 ounces elbow macaroni |
2 cups tomatoes, chopped |
1 cup sour cream |
2 tablespoons sugar |
2 tablespoons chili powder |
Directions:
1. Brown sausage in a deep heavy skillet; add onions and green peppers. 2. Cook until onions are golden brown and meat is cooked. Drain of excess fat. 3. Add remaining ingredients; stir to moisten macaroni. 4. Cover, bring to a boil, then reduce heat and cook 30 minutes. |
