Yumm-o. Ingredients:
2 egg whites |
1 tablespoon skim milk |
1 dash salt |
1 dash pepper |
1 tablespoon salsa |
Directions:
1. Pre-heat skillet on medium heat. 2. Seperate egg whites and yolk, throw away yolks. 3. Whisk egg whites until fairly foamy. 4. Add 1 tablespoon of skim milk into egg whites. 5. Dash of salt & pepper to taste. Whisk. 6. Pour onto skillet. 7. Add tablespoon of any heat of salsa (I use mild) to add taste, and a Mexican flare. |
