Save the inside of the hard roll to make croutons. Ingredients:
3 lbs ground beef |
1 onion, chopped |
3 cups longhorn cheese, shredded |
1 (15 ounce) can tomato sauce |
1 cup ripe olives, chopped |
1/2 cup salsa |
24 hard rolls |
Directions:
1. Brown ground beef and onion together, drain. 2. Add remaining ingredients except rolls. 3. Pinch bread out of center of rolls. 4. Fill with beef mixture. 5. Wrap each roll in foil. 6. Bake for 30 minutes at 350°. |
