Ingredients:
1 cup white rice
2 cups water
1 tablespoon chili powder
2 teaspoons beef bouillon (better than bouillon brand)
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in a rice cooker and set to cook.
2. If using the stove, mix the water, bouillon, and chili powder and bring to a boil. Add rice, bring to low heat, cover, and simmer until done (about 20 minutes, depending on the type of rice you use).
