This is the easiest most tasty rice you will make to go along with your mexican dishes. I make this to go along with my Enchilada Style Burritos (Enchilada Style Burritos). Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups water |
1 cup salsa |
2 chicken bouillon cubes |
2 cups uncooked instant rice |
Directions:
1. In a saucepan over medium heat, bring water, salsa and bouillon to a boil. 2. Stir in rice; remove from the heat. 3. Cover and let stand 6-8 minutes or until liquid is absorbed. 4. Fluff with a fork. |
