Ingredients:
1 tbs. canola oil
1 medium onion minced
2 medium garlic cloves minced
1 chiptole chili minced and combined with enough adobe sauce to make 1 tablespoon
1 tbs fresh cilantro leaves
salt
2 15 oz. cans red kidney beans drained and rinsed
Directions:
1. Heat oil in large skillet add onion and cook over medium heat untill peicies brown around the dge{^ minutes}Add garlic and cook untill ligtly colored about 1 minute add chilie tomatoes cilantro pinch of salt simmer untill sauce thickens about {% minutes
2. Add beans to skillet cook untill heated through {5 minutes}
3. If beans look dry add 1/2 cup water.adjust seansonings to your liking ,may serve over rice also,
