Ingredients:
1/2 cup(s) butter |
1/2 cup(s) flour |
10 eggs |
2 cup(s) cottage cheese |
1 teaspoon(s) baking powder |
1-2 can(s) chopped green chilies |
4 cup(s) grated monterey jack cheese |
few dash(es) hot sauce |
dash(es) salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Melt butter in a 9 x 13 pan. Set aside. In a large bowl beat eggs, add flour, baking powder, salt and pepper. Mix. Add melted butter, leaving pan buttered. Add chilies and cheeses. Mix and pour into a baking dish. Bake uncovered 350 for 45-60 minutes. Test for doneness with a knife. Knife blade should come out clean when inserted in center. Cut into pieces while hot, but allow to cool slightly before removing from pan. Serve with salsa |
