                    I love this potato recipe. It is quick, easy and tasty and uses several convenience foods. Ingredients: 
                    
                        
                                                2 lbs ore-ida hash browns  |  
                                                2 lbs velveeta mexican cheese, cut into 1/2-inch cubes  |  
                                                16 ounces sour cream  |  
                                                10 ounces cream of chicken soup  |  
                                                chili powder  |  
                                                
                     
                    Directions: 
                    
                        
                            
                                1. Mix all ingredients together in a 9x13-inch pan. 2. Sprinkle with chili powder to taste. 3. Bake at 325°F for 45 to 55 minutes.                              |
