Mexican Potato Skins

Ingredients:
6 medium russet potatoes|russet potatoes
1/2 lb. ground beef
4 oz. taco sauce
4 oz. cheddar cheese
diced jalapeno peppers
4 oz. sour cream
Directions:
1. Bake sset potatoes
2. Cool and quarter. Scoop out potato and place skin side down on a non-stick pan.
3. Brown ground beef until brown, mix in 4 oz. of taco sauce.
4. Scoop seasoned beef onto each potato skin.
5. Grate Cheddar cheese, sprinkle onto skins.
6. Bake at 350°F for 15 minutes or until doneness
7. Garnish with sour cream and jalapeno
