Cook time for this is actually the chilling time. Ingredients:
1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese |
2 tablespoons sour cream |
1 green pepper, diced small |
1 red pepper, diced small |
2 cups shredded monterey jack cheese |
1 (16 ounce) jar salsa (mild, medium or hot) |
Directions:
1. Mix cream cheese and sour cream together until softened. 2. Spread mixture on a plate. 3. Pour Salsa on top and sprinkle chopped red and green peppers on top. 4. Chill one hour and serve with taco or nacho chips. |
