Made this as a side dish for Mexican meatballs (#58471)because my oldest won't do rice. Even she liked it! Ingredients:
1 (16 ounce) package fettuccine pasta |
1 can cheddar cheese soup |
1/2 cup milk |
2 cups picante sauce |
sliced black olives (optional) |
chopped jalapeno (optional) |
Directions:
1. Boil pasta as directed on package. 2. Drain and put in large serving bowl. 3. Mix picante sauce, milk, and cheese soup in a smaller bowl until creamy. 4. Heat in microwave until warm. 5. Mix sauce and pasta together and garnish with olives and jalepenos if desired. |
