Mexican Olive Dip

The simplest recipes are often the best. An extremely simple, flavorful appetizer dip (or spread on toasted rounds). Disclaimer: If you like olives and tomatoes, this is habit forming stuff.
Ingredients:
1 small can chopped black olives
1 small can green chilies
3-4 green onions (scallions), chopped fine
2 large ripe tomatoes, chopped fine
3 tbl. extra virgin olive oil
1 1/2 tsp. red wine vinegar
1 tsp. garlic salt
salt, pepper and tobasco to taste.
Directions:
1. Combine well, all ingredients in a bowl.
2. Cover bowl and let chill in refrigerator for no less than 30 minutes. The longer it chills the better the flavor.
3. Serve with your favorite corn chips.
