I'm always on the look out for a good snack mix that isn't too greasy. This one sounds a little different, too. Ingredients:
1 (3 ounce) can french-fried onions |
2 cups corn chex |
1 (4 ounce) can potato sticks |
3/4 cup spanish peanut |
1/4 cup margarine, melted |
2 tablespoons taco seasoning |
Directions:
1. Combine onions, chex, potato sticks and peanuts in a 13x9 pan. 2. Sprinkle with taco seasoning and drizzle with melted butter. 3. Mix well. 4. Bake 300 for 30 min stirring occasionally. |
