I love tamale recipes and always look for some quick simple ones. This one fits the bill and even my grandkids love it. Ingredients:
15 ounces tamales, cut in pieces |
15 ounces chili |
12 ounces whole kernel corn |
16 ounces tomatoes |
shredded cheddar cheese |
corn chips, for topping |
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients except cheese and corn chips in a saucepan. 2. Simmer for 25-30 minutes. 3. Serve in bowls topped with shredded cheese and corn chips. |
