This is a tart dressing that goes well on veggies as well as salads. Chill time is not included in the time Ingredients:
1 (4 ounce) can diced green chilies |
1/3 cup lime juice |
1/4 water |
1/4 cup cilantro, chopped |
2 cloves garlic, minced |
1 jalapeno pepper, seeds & membrane removed,chopped |
1 1/2 teaspoons sugar |
Directions:
1. In a blender or food processor combine the green chilies, lime juice, water, cilantro,garlic, jalapeno& sugar Puree- the dressing should be smooth with just little specks of the contents Refrigerate for about 3 hours before using. |
