Fast and easy mexican dip. Can userefried beans in place of black beans if preferred. Ingredients:

Directions:
1. Mash a drained 19oz. can of black beans with 1 Tbs. lime juice,11/2tsp chili powder and 1/2 rsp minced garlic. Spread into bottom of glass bowl;layer purchased guacamole(or make your own),salsa and reduced-fat sour cream on top. Sprinkle with shredded cheddar,chopped tomatoes and scallions. Serve with tortilla chips |
