Delicious and really satisfying! The calorie count is actually less if you use low fat cheddar cheese. Ingredients:
1 cup refried beans |
1 avocado, mashed |
1 tbsp lime juice |
1 tsp salt |
1 1/2 cups salsa |
1 cup fat-free sour cream |
1 cup cheddar cheese |
Directions:
1. Spread a layer of beans over a dish. 2. Mash avocado and add lime juice and salt to taste. Spread avocado over bean layer. 3. Add layers of salsa, sour cream, and grated cheese. 4. Enjoy in a tortilla or with tortilla chips. |
