A new twist on a layer salad with a spicy kick to the dressing. Ingredients:
4 cups lettuce |
1 large cucumber, chopped |
3 medium tomatoes, chopped |
2 avocados, sliced |
2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded |
1 cup crushed tortilla chips |
1 ounce dry ranch dressing mix |
1/2 teaspoon onion powder |
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder |
1/2 teaspoon chili powder |
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper |
1 cup mayonnaise |
1 cup sour cream |
Directions:
1. layer veggies in bowl. 2. mix ranch dressing, spices, mayo and sour cream. 3. cover veggies with salad dressing. 4. add cheese and tortilla chips. |
