Mexican Jicama Fruit Salad Pico De Gallo |

At first glance, this fruit salad seems odd - but it is full of flavor and addicting! Versatile - basically use whatever fruits you want (I recommend using jicama with it for the crunchiness), squeeze with lime juice and sprinkle with pico de gallo seasoning. Read more . Enjoy! Ingredients:
1/2 cantaloupe |
1 apple |
1 cucumber |
1 jicama |
1/2 honeydew |
2 oranges |
2 mangoes |
2 papayas |
1/2 pineapple, diced |
4 cups watermelons |
6 limes |
pico de gallo powdered seasoning (latin section) |
Directions:
1. Wash all fruit and/or vegetables (whatever you prefer from the list - but make sure you do use jicama), peel and dice into chunk size pieces. 2. Place in a large bowl and mix with clean hands to distribute evenly. 3. Cut the lemons into wedges and place in a serving dish. 4. To serve, place 2 cups of the fruit mixture into an individual serving bowl, squeeze some lime juice on top and then sprinkle with the Pico de Gallo seasoning. |
