This is not your average hummus!! This hummus has a ton of flavor with lime, sour cream and garlic. And is a great dip for parties, as a snack or on a sandwich. Go to my Youtube or Facebook page: Nikki Dinki Cooking for a How To video on making these! Ingredients:
1 (15 ounce) can garbanzo beans |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon pepper |
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper |
1 teaspoon paprika |
3 garlic cloves |
1 lemon, juice |
1 lime, juice and zest of |
1/4 cup salsa verde |
2 tablespoons sour cream |
1 tablespoon cilantro |
1 tablespoon thyme |
1 -3 tablespoon olive oil |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingridents except oil in a food processor and pulse till combined. 2. Stream in olive oil till the consistency of the dip is smooth and creamy. 3. Let sit for at least 1 hour. |
