This is an awesome Mexican hot chocolate and when you can add the term low-fat, it can't get better than that. Ingredients:
1/2 cup cocoa powder |
1/2 cup masa harina |
6 cups skim milk |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
1 cup sugar |
6 cinnamon sticks |
Directions:
1. In a large saucepan, combine cocoa, masa harina, skim milk, vanilla and sugar. Blend well. 2. Simmer over medium heat, stirring constantly until thickened. 3. Pour into mugs and serve with cinnamon sticks. |
