4 can(s) water (tomato paste cans)
1 tablespoon(s) sugar
1 teaspoon(s) garlic powser
1 onion chopped
1 can(s) tomato sauce (8oz)
1 cup(s) cooked rice (1/2cup uncooked)
Directions:
1. Simmer 40 minutes, 5 minutes before serving, add 2 cups cooked rice.Serve on top of Frito's corn chips. Add the following for garnishes:Shredded lettuce, grated cheddar cheese, green pepper, chopped tomatoes, green onions. Top with Ranch dressing
