For enchiladas Ingredients:
12 tomatillos |
2 jalapeno peppers |
1 medium onion, chopped in large pieces |
1 bulb of garlic |
1 teaspoon cumin |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. lay the cleaned tomatillos, peppers, onion and garlic on a baking sheet and roast in a 400 degree oven till done. 2. let cool, then blend in blender adding salt and pepper to taste and cumin. |
