From a old Texas Power and Light 1981 calendar. They included recipes with each month. This sounded good for the holiday season.
Ingredients:
1 lb cheddar cheese, grated
3 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup green taco sauce
Directions:
1. Spread half the cheese in an 11 x 7 baking dish.
2. Combine eggs with green sauce and spread over cheese in baking dish.
3. Add remaining cheese.
4. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
5. Cut into 1 squares and serve hot on tortilla chips or alone.
