Decadent, YUMMMMMY Ingredients:
2 cup sugar |
2 cup flour |
2 eggs |
2 tsp. baking soda |
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple |
1 cup chopped nuts |
2 cup powdered sugar |
1 (8oz.) pkg. cream cheese |
1 stick margarine or butter |
1 tsp. vanilla |
Directions:
1. Combine sugar, flour, eggs, baking soda, crushed pineapple, & nuts. Mix thoroughly. Pour into 13x9 greased and floured pan. 2. Bake 30 to 40 minutes until spongy to touch. 3. * DO NOT drain pineapple 4. For frosting: 5. Mix powdered sugar, cream cheese, margarine & vanilla until creamy. 6. Pour onto cake while cake is still hot. Makes a pudding on top. 7. Enjoy!! |
