Absolutely scrumptious! Definitely not low fat and it looks like ****, but it tastes great. I sometimes make mine in the crockpot when asked to bring it to a party and it works just as well. Enjoy! Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef |
1 lb shredded monterey jack cheese |
1 lb shredded mozzarella cheese |
1 (8 ounce) jar taco sauce |
1 (19 ounce) can chili style tomatoes |
1 chopped green pepper |
1 onion, chopped |
1 package taco seasoning mix |
chopped jalapeno pepper |
Directions:
1. Brown the ground beef and drain. 2. Add remaining ingredients and cook until cheese is melted. 3. Pour into a casserole dish and bake at 400 degrees (uncovered) for 15 minutes. 4. Serve with flour tortillas. |
