Ingredients:
1 8 oz guacamole dip
1 8 oz sour cream
8 oz miracle whip
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 bunch green onions (tops & bottoms) chopped
2 tomatoes chopped
sliced jalepenos
shredded lettuce
lemon juice
1 can refried beans
1 large pkg shredded velvetta mexican cheese
salt (to taste)
pepper (to taste)
tabasco sauce (to taste)
olives
serve with doritos, fritos or tortilla chips of your choice
Directions:
1. MIX GUACAMOLE DIP WITH THE AMOUNTS OF LEMON JUICE, TABASCO, SALT AND PEPPER ( A DASH OF EACH OR MORE, DEPENDING ON YOUR TASTE)- SET ASIDE
2. MIX SOUR CREAM, MIRACLE WHIP AND TACO SEASONING-SET ASIDE
3. THE FIRST LAYER WILL BE REFRIED BEANS
4. THEN LAYER WITH GUACAMOLE DIP MIXTURE
5. THEN LAYER WITH SOUR CREAM MIXTURE
6. LAYER GREEN ONIONS (CHOPPED)
7. LAYER LETTUCE
8. LAYER TOMATOES
9. LAYER CHEESE
10. LAYER JALEPENOS
11. SPRINKLE OLIVES ON TOP
12. COVER AND REFRIGERATE UNTIL READY TO SERVE
