1 (8-ounce) container sour cream |
1 (1 1/4-ounce) envelope taco seasoning mix |
1 (16-ounce) can refried beans |
1/2 cup sliced pickled jalapeño peppers |
1 cup (4 ounces) shredded monterey jack cheese |
1 cup (4 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese |
1 1/2 cups shredded lettuce |
1 large tomato, chopped |
Directions:
1. Combine sour cream and taco seasoning mix. Spread refried beans onto a 9-inch round serving plate; spoon sour cream mixture evenly over beans. Layer with jalapeño peppers and next 4 ingredients. Serve with tortilla chips. |
