Ingredients:
12 corn tortillas |
16 ounce(s) can green chili sauce |
16 ounce(s) pkg shredded cheddar cheese, divided |
6 eggs |
sour cream |
shredded lettuce |
chopped tomato |
Directions:
1. Layer tortillas, chili sauce and 3/4 of cheese in an ungreased 13 X 9 baking dish. Break eggs over top, spacing evenly. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes. Slice into squares and garnish with sour cream, lettuce and tomato. |
