My boyfriend came up with this recipe, we like it so I hope you do too! Ingredients:
1 cup couscous |
1 1/2 cups chicken broth |
1 cup water |
1 (19 ounce) can kidney beans, drained |
1 ortega taco seasoning |
1 red pepper, chopped |
1 cup corn |
Directions:
1. Add everything together and cook on low heat until water is absorbed and couscous is fully cooked. |
