haven't tried it yet, but it's supposed to be a healthier version of beans & cheese. Ingredients:
1/2 cup black beans |
1/4 cup low fat cottage cheese |
1 dash hot pepper sauce |
1 dash crushed red pepper flakes |
1 dash salt |
1 dash black pepper |
Directions:
1. Heat the beans and cottage cheese together on stove to the desired temperature. 2. pour in a bowl and season with salt, black pepper and the crushed red pepper or cayenne if you like it spicy. |
