2 cups frozen corn, thawed |
1/2 cup salsa |
1 green onion, sliced |
3 tablespoons chopped radish |
4 large romaine lettuce leaves |
Directions:
1. Combine 2 cups frozen corn, thawed, 1/2 cup salsa, 1 green onion, sliced, and 3 tablespoons chopped radish. Spoon mixture evenly over 4 large romaine lettuce leaves. |
