A creamy cheesy corn dip served warm. This recipe can also be halved. Ingredients:
2 cans (11oz) mexican corn, drained |
2 cups of monterey jack cheese, shredded |
1 cup grated parmesan cheese |
2 cups of mayonnaise |
10-20 jalapeno slices, chopped |
tortilla chips or frito scoops |
Directions:
1. Mix all the ingredients together and place in an 11x8 baking dish. 2. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes 3. Serve with chips. |
