Had this at a scrapbook party. Loved it. Of course we all had to have the recipe and here it is. Ingredients:
2 (15 1/4 ounce) cans niblet corn, drained |
3 (8 3/4 ounce) cans extra sweet green giant corn niblets, drained |
2 (10 ounce) cans rotel tomatoes |
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened |
1/2 teaspoon cumin |
1/2 teaspoon chili powder |
Directions:
1. Combine all. Place in greased casserole dish. 2. Bake 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. 3. Serve with corn chips for dipping. |
