My aunt's recipe...and so good! Serve with tortilla chips Ingredients:
2 (11 ounce) cans mexicorn, drained |
1 1/2 cups mayonnaise |
1 (4 ounce) can jalapeno peppers, more if desired |
11 ounces shredded monterey jack cheese |
1 cup grated parmesan cheese |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350. 2. Mix all ingrediants and place in small baking dish. 3. Bake for 30 minutes or until bubbly. |
