This is an easy way to season up a common vegetable mixture. Ingredients:
1 11oz can green giant mexicorn |
1 green onion, chopped |
6 olives, sliced |
1/4 tsp crushed rosemary |
1 tbl olive oil |
1/2 tsp cilantro, chopped |
Directions:
1. Mix corn, onion, olives, rosemary. Add olive oil to 10 skillet, heat. Add the corn mixture and fry for 5 minutes. Add cilantro. Stir and remove. Serve. |
