I had this coffee on a trip to Rosarita Beach, Mexico at a small homestyle restaurant. Love the cinnamon taste! Ingredients:
2/3 cup ground coffee, of your choice |
3 long cinnamon sticks |
1/4 cup firmly packed light brown sugar |
6 cups cold water |
Directions:
1. Place coffee in filter in brew basket of coffee maker. 2. Place cinnamon and brown sugar in bottom of carafe of coffee maker. 3. Fill coffee maker with water and brew. 4. When brewing completed stir with wooden spoon until well blended. 5. Serve immediately with milk and additional sugar, if desired. |
