You have to learn to love cilantro - this slaw is great with pork, lamb, chicken or seafood. It is a crisp do ahead salad.Look at the calories for this slaw and it tastes great!
Ingredients:
3 cups green cabbage, very finely shredded
3 cups red cabbage, finely shredded
1 cup cilantro, firmly packed,minced
1/4 cup lime juice
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon water
1/2 teaspoon cumin seed
salt
pepper
Directions:
1. Mix all the ingredients.
2. Season to taste.
3. Refrigerate for up to 4 hours, covered.
