Ingredients:
1/3 cup(s) unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 cup(s) sugar
2 tablespoon(s) cornstarch
2 teaspoon(s) cornstarch
1/2 teaspoon(s) cinnamon ground
2 cup(s) lowfat milk
1 teaspoon(s) vanilla extract
Directions:
1. Combine all dry ingredients in a 3-qt. saucepan and stir until evenly blended. Gradually stir in the milk, then cook over medium heat until thick, smooth and boiling. Remove from heat and cool for 5 minutes. Add vanilla, stir well. Pour into 4 pudding cups. Serve right away or cool in refrigerator for 15 or minutes.
