Awesome treat for the kids and adults, or for adult fun and some booze. And let the good times roll. Ingredients:
2 tbsp cornstarch |
2-1/2 tsp cinnamon |
1-1/2 tsp chili powder |
1/4 tsp salt |
3 cups skim milk |
4 oz milk chocolate |
3 oz dark chocolate |
2 tsp vanilla extract |
Directions:
1. Mix cornstarch, cinnamon, chili powder and salt in a medium saucepan. Over medium heat, whisk in milk, breaking up clumps. Cook, stirring occasionally, until mixture thickens, about 12 minutes. Lower heat; stir in chocolates until melted. Remove from heat; add vanilla; cool 5 minutes. Whisk; fill molds and add sticks. Freeze 6 hours. |
