Ingredients:
1/4 cup + 2 tablespoons butter
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon water
1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
1 egg
1 1/4 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup cinnamon chips
Directions:
1. Melt the butter, brown sugar, and water in a medium saucepan
2. Once that's all melted add the chocolate chips
3. Stir until those are all nice and melty
4. let this cool for about 10 minutes, then stir in the egg
5. Next, dump in the flour, baking soda, salt, chili powder, and vanilla.
6. Mix n the cinnamon chips
7. Next you need to pop this dough in the fridge for about an hour so it'll firm up a bit and be easier to work with. Once chilled, preheat your oven to 350 and roll dough into balls.
8. bake for about 10 minutes
9. Go ahead and let these cool a bit on the pan, then transfer to a cooling rack.
