I have not tried this recipe. I got this recipe from Holidays Of The World Cookbook For Students. This is listed under Mexico. I plan to use Splenda in place of sugar. Ingredients:
1 ounce bittersweet chocolate, finely grated or 1 ounce finely chopped bittersweet chocolate |
2 tablespoons sugar |
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon |
Directions:
1. In small bowl, mix grated or chopped chocolate, sugar, and cinnamon until well blended. 2. Use in recipes calling for Mexican chocolate. |
